    Special visiting associate professor at the Center for South Asian Studies, Gifu Women’s University. Director of the Japan-India Society. Born in Nagoya in 1976. Earned his degree in policy studies from Chūō University and completed graduate studies at Aoyama Gakuin University. Now specializes in South Asian international affairs, Indian and Pakistani politics, and the history of the Japan-India relationship.
