Staff writer for the Sports Hōchi newspaper. Born in Hyōgo Prefecture in 1974. After graduating from Kwansei Gakuin University, joined Sports Hōchi, where he writes about Japanese soccer, and is responsible for coverage of his two local teams: Vissel Kobe, in the men’s J1 league, and INAC Kobe Leonessa, in the women’s Nadeshiko League.
