Japan Chair fellow, Hudson Institute. His research areas include Japan-US defense cooperation and nuclear/conventional deterrence-related analysis. For the past nine years, has been involved in research, analysis, table-top exercises and facilitation of numerous classified products related to strategic intelligence assessment and policy planning for the Japanese government. Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1987.
