Kamikawa Ryūnoshin

Born in 1976. Professor of law and politics at Osaka University, where he specializes in governmental process theory. Holds a PhD in law from Kyoto University. His publications include Nihon Ginkō to seiji—Kin’yū seisaku kettei no kiseki (Politics and the Bank of Japan: A History of Monetary Policy Decisions), Koizumi kaikaku no seijigaku—Koizumi Jun’ichirō wa hontō ni “tsuyoi shushō” datta no ka (A Political Analysis of Koizumi’s Reforms: Was Koizumi Jun’ichirō Really a Strong Leader?), and Denryoku to seiji—Nihon no genshiryoku seisaku zenshi (Electricity and Politics: A Comprehensive History of Japan’s Nuclear Energy Policy).
