Ikeuchi Hiromi

Professor of sociology at Kansai University. Completed her doctoral studies in sociology and received her PhD from Kwansei Gakuin University. After working for an ad design firm, she was a research fellow at the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. In 2003 she started as a lecturer at Kansai University, assuming her current position in 2011. Her primary focuses are social psychology and consumer psychology. Coauthor of Shinpan kurashi no naka no shakai shinrigaku (Social Psychology in Our Daily Life, New Edition) and Shōhisha kōdō no shinrigaku (Psychology of Consumer Behavior).
