Harada Chikahito

Former ambassador to the Russian Federation. Born in 1951. Graduated from the University of Tokyo and entered the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1974. Was director of MOFA’s Russia Division and ambassador to the Czech Republic before serving as ambassador to Russia from 2011–2015.
