Rose to a senior editorial position in a publisher there before going independent in 2014. Writes on issues from work and lifestyle to cuisine, culture, and venture businesses. Author of NY no kurieitibu chiku Burukkurin e (Heading to Brooklyn, New York’s Creative District). Member of Global Press, a Japanese organization for journalists working abroad, and the New York Foreign Press Center.
