［東京　７日　ロイター］ - 西武ホールディングスは７日、傘下のプリンスホテルやレジャー施設など国内約３０施設をシンガポール政府系投資ファンドに売却する方向で最終調整に入ったとする一部報道について「経営改革の一環としてアセットライトをテーマにビジネスモデルの変革を進めており、２０２１年度第４・四半期内の選定完了と発表を予定している」と明らかにした。現時点で決定した事実はないとしている。

今後、開示すべき事実を決定した場合は速やかに公表するという。
