Yamamoto Mayumi

Art director at the Kyoto Steam International Arts and Science Festival, director of the Kyoto City Arts and Culture Counseling Office, and artistic advisor at Kyoto Art Center. Yamamoto has produced and curated several exhibitions, including Culture City of East Asia 2017 Kyoto: Asia Corridor Contemporary Art Exhibition (Nijō Castle/Kyoto Art Center, 2017), and Korona Chakai (an online tea gathering, 2021). She is also a member of the New Cultural Policy Project, a collective of scholars and artists.
