Ōnishi Naruaki

Photographer, born in Nara Prefecture in 1952. His work on the themes of life, aging, illness, and death has brought him numerous awards, including the Photographers Society of Japan Newcomer’s Prize, the New York ADC Gold Prize, the Kōdansha Publication Culture Award, the Hayashi Tadahiko Award, and the Waseda Journalism Award.
