Ogawa Masaru

Journalist. Born in Tokyo in 1959. Graduated from the College of Science and Engineering, Aoyama Gakuin University, and joined Sports Nippon Shimbun, where he covered a range of athletic events, including sports in North America and the Nagano Olympics. Since going freelance, he has covered the summer and winter games along with other international events. Works include Ichirō shugi (The Complete Guide for Ichirō Watching).
