KIMIZUKA Naotaka
Professor at Kantō Gakuin University. Born in 1967. Completed his doctorate at Sophia University. After working in positions including visiting associate professor at the University of Tokyo and professor at Kanagawa Prefectural College of Foreign Studies, he started at his present position in 2011. Specializes in the history of British politics, the history of international politics in Europe, and royal families. Works include Monogatari Igirisu no rekishi (The Story of British History) and Rikken kunshusei no genzai: Nihonjin wa shōchō tennō o iji dekiru ka (Constitutional Monarchy Today: Can Japanese People Maintain the Emperor as a Symbol?). Was a member of expert panels discussing the imperial family in 2017 and 2021.
