Tokoro Masabumi

Born in 1957. Graduated from Waseda University, where he also completed his master’s and doctoral studies in literature. Since 2011, has been a professor at Risshō University, where he teaches industrial and organizational psychology, after earlier stints at Kokushikan University and as a visiting professor at Sheffield University. Writes on traffic issues as a microcosm of the wider society, based on comparative international research, and has published several books on issues relating to elderly drivers.
