Kunisue Norito

Project professor, Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, University of Tokyo. Specialties are European politics and conflict studies. Born in 1963 in Okayama Prefecture. Graduated from Osaka University and studied at the French Press Institute at Paris-Pantheon-Assas (Paris 2) University before joining the Asahi Shimbun. Served as the newspaper’s Paris bureau chief, European editor, and editorial writer before assuming his current position in January 2024.
