Imazeki Toyokazu
Joined Tōkyū Construction in 1987. While employed in the company’s development and sales department, earned an MBA from the University of Denver. In 1999, became the head of the research department in the Tokyo office of Jones Lang Lasalle, and in 2004 was put in charge of investment strategy planning for Japan-related private-placement funds and global research at the Chicago and Tokyo offices of Lasalle Investment Management. In 2006, entered a doctoral program in management at Georgia State University, where he earned his PhD. In 2010, was appointed the chief analyst at Sankō Estate and a managing director of the Commercial Property Research Institute, where he has been CEO since 2013. Also holds positions as a part-time lecturer at Meikai University and a visiting researcher at Waseda University.
